The Morgan Jeans is a fresh, modern cut from Canadian designer Closet Core Patterns. Inspired by old-school denim, the jeans are classic five-pocket and designed for non-stretch denim. You can also use a canvas. It has the true potential of becoming the most classic never-go-out-of-fashion pattern for your beautiful DIY capsule wardrobe.

Morgan is mid-rise with a contoured waistband, tapered leg and zipper or button fly. Morgan fits snugly through the hip but relaxes and conforms to your curves with a little wear. Choose between a regular or cropped inseam. Size up for a slouchier, more casual fit or if you are using heavier weight denim/canvas.

The pattern is suited for seamstresses who have some experience with sewing.

Size range is US size 0-20, roughly corresponding to European sizes 34-52. Size/measurements and Fabric usage are according to Measurements table and Details table (go to pictures).

Remember to get both some regular and some thicker topstitch thread. You may add optional denim rivets and/or a leather waistband patch.
