The ‘Piece by Piece’ series is part of the nani IRO 2021 - 20th Anniversary collection - and made in Japan.
The ‘‘Piece by Piece’ pattern is Japanese artist Naomi Ito’s interpretation of a peaceful moment at her working desk in her studio where she has the brush at hand and picks up a cup of tea . The pattern is a reflection of a brush line and the translucent shade of the tea overlapping in her mind.
Naomi Ito often draws her inspiration from the natural elements that surrounds us, and in this way her art reminds us of the calmness and the poetic beauty of our everyday environment.
Rexcell is a soft and strong viscose-type fiber. It has a silky touch, is semi-matte and have drapey qualities . It is made of cellulose fibers from Japanese eucalyptus.
The delicate, yet sturdy Rexcell fabric has a perfect drape for dresses, blouses, shirts, skirts, light trousers where you aim for an elagant drape. Fabric is sold in increments of 1 cm: 1 item is 1 cm. If you order 100 items, you have ordered 1,00 meter fabric.

Wash at 30 degrees Celcius on a delicate cycle, with a low spin setting, using non bio detergent. There is around 2-5% shrinkage with the first wash.
